Liza established Liza Dawson Associates following a successful 20-year career in book publishing, including posts as executive editor of Putnam Publishing and executive editor at William Morrow. She received her B.A. in history from Duke University and is a graduate of the Radcliffe Publishing Procedures course.

• Dr. Bob Brier, celebrated Egyptologist and author of THE SECRET OF THE GREAT PYRAMID: How One Man’s Obsession Led to the Solution of Egypt’s Greatest Mystery (Smithsonian Books/Collins). Brier’s special on the discovery aired on the National Geographic channel in November.
• Cody Mcfadyen, whose Smoky Barrett thrillers are bestsellers all over the world. His next novel (Bantam) will be published in October 2009.
